Have a new 2022 Seltos and a Motorola Z2 Force cellphone (with Android ver 8.0). Phone has the latest Android Auto app. My phone was able to utilize the Android Auto in my previous vehicles: a 2020 Kia Soul S and a 2017 Chevy Trax. Now however, even the dealership tech cannot explain why the same phone that connected daily on the other cars just will not connect once plugged into the proper USB port of the new Seltos. All the techs were able to get their phones connected and using Android Auto, but all mine gets is "Phone is not responding." Only thing I can think of is something has changed in the USB port requirements from 2020 (the Kia Soul) to 2022 (the Seltos, with 10.25" screen) and their phones having newer versions of Android while my Motorola has only ver 8, it is no longer compatible. Appreciate any guidance.
